Working principle
Pellet mill machine is based on circular motion of machinery and friven by tractor.Major axis and disk mode are driven by gear wheels to produce friction.Under the frictional force,rollers will rotate by themselves. Then the temperature between roller and die will increase.Powder materials will gelatinize at high temperature.Finally finished pellets will be pressed from moulds and the length of them can be adjusted according to location of the cutter segment

Yes, we are sure to supply overseas installation. Generally, whole production line installation will need about 7 days. And the customer should charge for the visa, the air tickets, the accommodation and the salary.
What about the packing?
After finishing the production, we will clean and packed it before it is qualified by the QC manager.
